We want you to love every product you receive from Bedfordfair.com, but we know there are circumstances when a particular size, color or style may not meet your expectations. If this should happen, you may return the item(s) by following the instructions on the Return Form portion of your order’s packing slip. Please indicate the return reason and quantity returned.
If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the instructions to indicate the desired exchange. Your exchange order will be sent to you at no additional cost. This program is only valid for shipments within the United States.
If you are making a return using the pre-paid mailing label provided on your packing slip, $6.95 will be deducted from the refund for return postage. Use of the postage-paid label is only valid within the United States.
Because we cannot assume responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit, we recommend you insure your package for the purchase price of the merchandise before sending it back to us.
Your return will be credited to the credit card used to make the purchase (excluding shipping and handling charges). For returns made after 90 days, refunds will be issued in the form of a merchandise gift card for the original purchase price (excluding shipping and handling charges).
