CENSUS PC Return Policy
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will automatically void your CensusPC Return Policy. Products that are returned to CensusPC with a missing, damaged or altered serial number will be refused RMA service and returned to you at your own expense ($20 minimum charge).
• The returned package must be received within 10 business days of the RMA issue date. RMA will automatically be cancelled after 10 business days.
• All products are sold with their respective manufacturers warranties. Please note that warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product.
• A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• No refund after 30 days from the original invoiced date. No refund for non-defective product which the original packaging box is opened.
