COMPU VEST Return Policy
An RMA number is required for all returns. RMA number is valid for 14 days (product must be received by Compuvest.com within 14 days of receipt of RMA).
New retail Items are covered by their manufactures warranty – they must be returned directly to the manufacturer.
The customer must ensure the following in order to guarantee that the return will be honored:
Matching serial numbers of returned items to the invoice
Proper packaging of the returned product
Keeping/meeting time frames of RMA and Warranty periods
Ensuring all accessories are returned with product
Providing the return reason and a detailed description of the problem
Insuring that the RMA number is visible on the shipping label (on shipping label only, do not write on the retail box)
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned products unless: Compuvest.com finds the product defective according to manufacturer specifications, the order was damaged during shipping, or Compuvest.com made a mistake in processing the order.
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases where the restocking fee applies.
Most returns are processed by the RMA department within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt. The return status may be checked online.
Compuvest.com reserves the right to make a decision based on test results, whether to replace, repair (by sending it to the manufacturer), or to refund in accordance with our return policy.
All refused packages will be accepted back in stock and credit will be processed within 5 (five) business days from receipt of the merchandise less 15% restocking fee and shipping charges.
No refunds will be made after 30 days from date of invoice. However, replacement under the warranty still remains in effect.
Store credit is valid for 6 (six) months after the credit is issued.
In case of exchange/replacement, the original warranty period transfers to the exchanged/replaced item.
Compuvest.com will not accept any products back that have been physically damaged, burned, abused, misused, neglected, repaired or modified. See Physical Damage Policy for details.
