Global Rebels Inc. strives to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the purchases that you have made. With that in mind, purchases made online may be returned or exchanged within 365 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, have the tags attached and be accompanied with the original invoice. *Sale items are exchangeable but not eligible for refunds. Items that are returned and don’t meet the criteria above will not be processed and can be sent back to the customer with applicable shipping rates due the customer. Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed. To exchange or return an item, please send it back using the pre-paid self addressed return label that will arrive in your shipment, along with the original packing slip with a note explaining the items you want to exchange or return. Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during the checkout procedure is accurate and complete before placing your order. To ensure that orders are shipped as promptly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received. Your shipping address cannot be changed once your order has been shipped.
