To ensure your satisfaction with the diamond/jewelry you have purchased, Diamonds-USA.com Inc. offers you a ten-day money back guarantee period from the day you sign the parcel. Once you receive your purchase, you have the opportunity to examine and evaluate your selected diamond/jewelry for 10 days. If you would like to get your purchase appraised, please be sure to go to an independent appraiser (one who does not sell his own diamonds/jewelry). If within these 10 days you decide to return your diamond/jewelry for any reason, please contact us for return instructions.
If you paid by Credit Card (authorization), the authorization will fade away by itself. If the funds were captured prior to shipping we will Credit your card.
If you paid by a wire transfer you will be refunded with a wire transfer for the full paid amount minus US$25 bank transfer fees.
If you cancel your order before it was shipped but after the jewel was sent to the workshop and finished, you will be charged 50% of the settings price.
