A select number of items are never returnable or exchangable (for hygienic reasons). These include dog costumes, wigs, beards, mustaches, make-up, novelty teeth, tights, and socks. Moreover, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of any kind for orders placed between October 10th and October 30th.
All shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
Items being returned MUST be in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on worn merchandise. The items will be sent back to you, at your expense, if we feel they have been worn and no credit will be issued.
