Please inspect all merchandise upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately.
Please return all merchandise with a brief note and return authorization number.
Never a restocking fee.
All exchanges/ returns must be made within 30 days from date of order.
All approved returns received after that date are subject to an in-house credit.
NO RETURNS ACCEPTED ON USED MERCHANDISE.
Any used merchandise shipped to Holabird will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Total refund/credit for racquets returned will be subject to a $6.00 stringing charge.
Any custom string purchased will not be refunded or credited.
