If an item is defective, we’ll offer you a refund or exchange. However, please keep in mind that most of the items we carry are of an intimate nature and by law cannot be returned if they have been opened. Please send e-mail to info@internationaljock.com for a return authorization. We'll replace the defective item at no cost or, if you wish to cancel the order, we will issue you a refund for the purchase price of the defective product after it has been returned to us.
