LIFTCHAIRS 4 LESS Return Policy
When your new liftchair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new chair the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new chair at the manufacturers option.
If the correct chair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number at 800-710-4964, let us know you want to return the chair, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a return authorization number.
Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the chair. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the chair is received at the manufacturers facility in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair, less a 15% restocking fee and $150.00 for the outbound freight charges. Set-Up fees are non-refundable if the correct chair was set up in your home.
Due to health regulations Toilet seat lifts, bath lifts and seat uplifts are not returnable.
Custom ordered chairs cannot be returned.
CANCELATIONS:
If your lift chair has left the warehouse and you cancel there will be a freight charge of $100.00 and a 15% restocking fee.
