WINCH DEPOT Return Policy
We gladly accept returns, however we cannot accept winches that have been mounted or used.
First, you must contact us and let us know that you intend to return a part(s). Please send an email to Customer Service. Please give the specific reason for your return and request a (RGA) Return Goods Authorization number. We will issue you an RGA# and give you the details of where to return your package. Since we ship from multiple warehouses it is imperative your order be returned to the proper warehouse to receive a credit.
Second, write in large black letters the RGA number on the outside of the returned package along with a copy of the original invoice. Orders returned without an RGA will be refused and returned to the sender freight collect.
Note: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Parts returned within 30 days from the invoice date are eligible for a refund. Returns after 30 days from the invoice date will only receive store credit. No returns after 90 days from the invoice date
